A bluegrass tune that Dale and I wrote during one of our “summits”. I always loved Blue Highway’s version of the Stanley Classic “Say Won’t You Be Mine”. The first line of that song includes a phrase about “night birds crying”. I wondered what crying night birds would sound like; I figure they’d be pretty mournful. Trevor’s banjo tuners and Ron’s mandolin break really made this song!!!
